WE HAVE A QUICK AND PAINLESS PROCESS FOR GETTING THE CAR LOANED AND YOU BACK ON THE ROAD
You will be asked to provide a valid drivers license and proof of full coverage auto insurance. We'll help you complete a Rental Agreement/Service Loaner form.
All we ask is that you confirm with your insurance company that Service Loaners are covered under your insurance policy as a temporary substitute vehicle and if you have Auto/OPCF27 coverage. Most insurance companies have these two items on the policy, you just have to check to ensure you have the coverage.
If you do not have the insurance coverage to drive our Service Loaners we can pick up and deliver your vehicle to you.

THE FINE PRINT

Driver must have a valid driver’s license, and valid auto insurance.

Driver must agree that his/her insurance carrier is the primary insurance carrier.

Driver agrees to replenish the fuel consumed.

Driver agrees not to smoke in the loaner vehicle.

Driver agrees to keep the loaner vehicle clean and tidy.

Driver agrees to take responsibility for the cost of all traffic/parking violations.

Driver agrees to take responsibility for the cost of any accident related damage.

Driver agrees not to operate the vehicle in an area outside of Ontario.

Driver agrees not to allow anyone else to operate the vehicle.
