A lot of shops will top up your refrigerant and send you on your way. If the system was low, the refrigerant went somewhere. There's a leak. Topping it up without finding the leak means you'll be back in a few months doing the same thing again.

We do proper leak detection and repair before recharging the system. It takes more time up front, but it actually solves the problem. That's how we approach everything — find the cause, fix the cause.

Climate control issues aren't always refrigerant, either. A heater core that's partially blocked, a blend door actuator that's stuck, a climate control module that's lost its mind — these all present differently, and they all need different solutions.
