Exhaust & Custom Fabrication.

When it can't be ordered from a catalog, it gets built by hand.

Exhaust Work

Ontario Roads Are Hard on Exhaust Systems.

Salt, gravel, frost heaves, and water. Your exhaust system takes all of it, every winter, every year. Rust eats through pipes, hangers snap, heat shields rattle loose, and catalytic converters corrode from the inside out.

Mufflers, resonators, flex pipes, flanges — some of these parts can be replaced off the shelf. Others are too far gone for a bolt-on fix. When a section of pipe has rusted into the next component, you're not swapping parts. You're cutting and fabricating.

Exhaust problems often show up as warning lights on your dash before you hear or smell anything. A failing catalytic converter will throw codes. A leak upstream of an oxygen sensor will change your fuel mixture. If something doesn't sound right — or your check engine light is on — the exhaust system is worth looking at.

Rust doesn't wait. Neither should you.

Fabrication

Some Problems Need a Torch, Not a Parts Counter.

Not everything can be solved with a catalog number. OEM parts get discontinued. Aftermarket options don't always fit. And on older vehicles — especially classic cars — the part you need simply doesn't exist anymore.

That's where fabrication comes in. Oxy-acetylene torch work, grinding, welding. Shaping metal to fit the vehicle in front of us, not the one in a parts diagram from twenty years ago.

This kind of work takes time and experience. There's no shortcut to a clean weld or a properly fitted section of pipe. But when it's done right, it lasts — and it fits like it belongs there.

We've handled fabrication jobs for drivers across Creemore, Collingwood, and Clearview. If your vehicle needs something built rather than ordered, bring it in.

Built to fit. Not forced to work.

The Work

Sparks Fly for a Reason.

Exhaust and fabrication work isn't assembly line stuff. Every job is different. The rust is in a different spot. The angle is different. The clearance is different. You have to read the situation and adapt.

That's the kind of work we do here. Hands-on, problem-solving, one vehicle at a time. The photos on this site are from real jobs in our shop — not stock images from a supplier's website. What you see is what we actually do.

If your vehicle needs undercar attention, exhaust work pairs naturally with brake and suspension service and routine maintenance. While we're underneath, we can inspect everything and give you the full picture.

Real work. Real sparks. Real results.
