Auto Solve was opened in 2013, when Matt and his partner Margie purchased the property on Edward St. E., in Creemore. It was a part time operation until 2017. It started as a one-man operation with Matt wearing all the hats, and has since grown to currently employ 8 full time staff.
We continually invest in modern equipment for the business & ongoing training for our staff to stay up to date with the ever-changing automotive industry.

MATT PLAYNE
I am an expert mechanic with over 10 years of experience. I have worked on all types of cars, from simple repairs to complete engine rebuilds.
I am passionate about my work and take pride in my ability to fix anything that comes my way.
I am a reliable and trustworthy person, always putting the customer first. I am always looking for new challenges and ways to improve my skills. I am confident in my abilities and take great satisfaction in a job well done.

ROB WARD
Rob has been wrenching on vehicles his whole life, longer than some of the staff has been alive. He's always tinkering with things and figure out how they work. Rob is proficient in welding and fabricating, and has been known to MacGyver his way out of a jam. He's constantly learning new things.
NAVAZ PATEL
Navaz, who goes "Vaz" for short, has been a service advisor in the automotive industry for over two decades. With his extensive experience, he has a profound understanding of vehicle components and their functionality.
BRIAN PANCHOO
Brian is an avid automotive enthusiast who is always looking to learn new technology. He thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoy working with others to solve problems. Brian has been a quick learner and has a keen eye for detail. He is able to troubleshoot and fix most problems quickly and efficiently.
STEPHEN GLAZIER
Steve is a car guy. He loves anything and everything about cars. He's been tinkering with them since he was a kid, and there's nothing he enjoys more than taking them apart and putting them back together again. He is especially interested in offroading and fixing up old cars.
CAMERON BLACKBURN
Cameron is the shop helper, fetching tools and parts, cleaning work areas, and is helping with basic service on vehicles such as changing oil and filters or rotating tires. He's not afraid to get his hands dirty.
KARL TICAR
Karl is the parts manager at Auto Solve. He has extensive experience in the automotive parts field. He oversees the ordering and inventory of all the parts we use in our shop, working closely with the technicians to ensure that we always have the right parts on hand, and that we are using them efficiently.
ERNELISA GABALES-AMOR
Ernelisa is the in-house book keeper for Auto Solve. She is extremely organized and has a great eye for detail. She takes the stress out of the mountains of paperwork we receive, allowing us to focus on other aspects of the business.
